Licensee Should Procure And Install Health Check Machine At The Space Allotted At His Own Cost. The Machine Has To Provide Reports Like: Height, Weight, Bmi, Bmr, Blood Pressure, Pulse Rate, Blood Oxygen, Fat Mass, Body Mineral Mass, Bone Mineral Mass, Protein Mass, Skeletal Muscle Mass, Total Body Water. Etc. Additionally Licensee Can Perform Random Blood Sugar Tests With Glucometer Only.,Setting Up, Operate And Maintain Rail Coach Restaurant At Location Specified. Licensee Is Responsible For Setting Up Of The Coach At The Location And Development Of Land Allotted, At His Own Cost. Licensee Will Be Allowed To Cook And Sell All Kind Of Food Items, Including Local Cuisines At Competitive Rates, And All Packaged Items To Be Sold At Price Not More Than Printed Mrp. As The Asset Is Outside Railway Station Premises, Licensee Shall Obtain Necessary Permissions From All Local Authorities For Round The Clock Operation Of Rail Coach Restaurant.
