Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - 68000 Data Analytics Service DNA Sequencing Analysis Column Purification Sequencing firm should be in Bengaluru to avoid the degradation of PCR amplified products. 16S rRNA, mtCOI, 18S, and 28S sequencing and our primer requirement for bacterial and nematode identification. Sanger sequencing equipment should have installation certificate. Firm should generate acknowledgement receipt of the sample on the same day 3-4 hours. The sample size for sequencing is given 20μL only QC reports of received samples should be given within 24 hours. Sanger sequencing results within 3-4 working days. Payments will be made after 100% sequencing results confirmation. If chromatogram of Sanger sequencing results is not up to appropriate, payment will not be made for those samples. There is no advance payments for sequencing of samples and it will be done after results confirmation. 200 numbers 100 numbers All provided samples should carry with Ice packs to avoid the degradation.
