The Subject Of The Order Is The Expansion Of The It Equipment Owned By The Ordering Party (Two Dell Power Protect Data Domain 9400 Devices) For The Needs Of The Agency For Restructuring And Modernization Of Agriculture (Hereinafter Referred To As The Ordering Party) By 620 Tb Of Usable Space (Expansion Of Each Of The Deduplicators Owned By The Ordering Party By 310 Tb Of Additional Usable Space), Or Providing An Equivalent Device, In Accordance With The Description Of Equivalence Specified In The It Equipment Specification, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Hereinafter: Ppu). Pursuant To The Contract, The Contractor: 1.1. Will Expand Its It Equipment By 620 Tb Of Usable Space (Expansion Of Each Of The Deduplicators Owned By The Ordering Party By 310 Tb Of Additional Usable Space). The Expansion Includes The Delivery, Sale And Implementation Of It Equipment Together With The Software, In Accordance With The It Equipment Specification, Constituting Appendix No. In The Ppu And The General License Conditions Of The Software Manufacturer - The Right To Use (Under License) The Software, Including Both The Whole And Its Individual Elements, Along With The Right To Use The Documentation Of The Manufacturer Of It Equipment And Software (Technical, User, Administrator); 1.1.2. Will Provide The Ordering Party With The Right To Unlimited Use Of The Software And Its Documentation In Accordance With Point 2.1.1. On A License Basis, Starting From The Date The Ordering Party Signs The Acceptance Protocol Without Any Reservations, Including Providing A License Document Issued By The Manufacturer Of It Equipment And Software Confirming The Ordering Partys Right To Use The Software, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Ppu And The Manufacturers General License Conditions And Prepared In Polish (Or In English, Unless A Polish Language Version Exists) The Content Of The Manufacturers License Terms And General Terms Of Use Of The Software. 1.2 Will Provide The Ordering Party With Warranty Service For It Equipment And Software For A Period Of 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol Without Any Reservations By The Ordering Party, Including Providing Manufacturers Support (Service Support) By Issuing An Appropriate Document To The Ordering Party Confirming The Right To Access The Manufacturers Support In Above Period, In Accordance With The Manufacturers General Conditions, 1.3. Will Provide The Ordering Party With The Support Service For No Longer Than 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol Without Any Reservations By The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Terms Of The Ipl, Including The Transfer To The Ordering Party Of The Copyrights To The Results Of Activities Performed By The Contractor As Part Of The Support Service. As Part Of The Support Service, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With 30 Hours Of Technical Consultation On Problems Related To It Hardware Or Software. Consultations Will Include
