The Aim Of The Project Is Therefore To Overcome These Operational Challenges By Developing Modular, Future-Proof Software That Is Directly Tailored To The Clients Requirements. The Approach Taken Is Based On Concepts From Modern Service Management And Has As Its Core A Ticket Management System For Defining, Commissioning, Evaluating And Communicating Services. It Offers Doctors And Other Hospital Employees A Uniform Interface For Ordering Services, And The Functional Areas A Consistent Solution For Accepting, Processing And Clarifying Service Requirements.
