Tenders are invited for Supply of Cloths/Sarees and Shoes Required for Office Uniforms. Applications are invited to register materials, equipment, services, and contractors in the Beruwala Pradeshiya Sabha for 2025 as shown in the schedule below. Self-completed applications along with the business registration certificate can be delivered by registered post or delivered by hand to the Secretary and Officer Implementing the Powers, Functions and Duties of the Beruwala Pradeshiya Sabha. Aluthgama before 3.00 p.m. on 29.11.2024. In the top left corner of the application envelope, "Registration of Suppliers for the year 2025 should be mentioned. Rs. 2,000.00 as an applicable registration fee (for one subject) should be paid by cheque or cash along with the application. Cheques should be addressed to "Chairman, Beruwala Pradeshiya Sabha". Applications received after the due date will be rejected. At the time of calling quotations for services and materials, quotations are called from the registered suppliers and contractors, and the Pradeshiya Sabha has the right to call quotations from the outside parties.
