The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation And Construction Works For The Task Titled: Development Of Development Of The Investment Area Adjacent To The Lower Silesian Economic Activity Zone S3 Jawor - Męcinka Geodetic Area In The Design-Build Formula Under The Co-Financing From The Government Fund Polish Order Strategic Investment Program - 7Th Edition . The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Implementation Of: 1) Technical Documentation With Arrangements, 2) Water Supply Network, 3) Sewage And Sanitary Network, 4) Power Infrastructure, 5) Road Technical Infrastructure, 6) Communication Network - Road With Drainage - Connection Investment Areas With Provincial Road No. 320 Through The Necessary Reconstruction And Adaptation Of The Network Of Local, Internal, Technical And Service Roads (Including The Construction Of The Required Intersections With Circular Traffic - Roundabouts), 7) Rainwater Drainage. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed On The Basis Of A Functional And Utility Program Prepared By M.Eng. Wojciech Wróbelski Karo Design Studio Ul. Kukułek 11A, 40-537 Katowice, June 2024. The Contractor Will Prepare Formal And Legal Documentation Enabling The Ordering Party To Take Over The Plots That Will Be Occupied For The Construction Of The Road System - Preliminary Division Designs - Necessary To Obtain A Zrid Decision. For All Design Works, The Contractor Will Prepare And Agree On Executive Designs With The Managers (Owners) Of The Real Estate And Technical Infrastructure. The Scope Of The Designed Networks And Road System As Well As The Lengths Indicated In The Functional And Utility Program Are Of General And Illustrative Nature. Any Differences That Arise During The Development Of The Construction Design And The Detailed Design By The Contractor Will Not Affect The Offer Price Or The Time To Complete The Works. The Requirements May Not Cover All The Details Necessary To Develop The Designs. The Contractor Will Construct A Fully Functional Facility Constructed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. In The Offer Form, The Contractor Is Obliged To Present The Offer Price Broken Down Into The Cost Of Developing Complete Documentation Along With Preparing Materials For Submitting An Application For Zrid Or A Building Permit Or Materials For Reporting For Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit And The Cost Of The Works. The Specification Of The Order Terms Specifies The Maximum Percentage Value Of The Design Documentation In Relation To The Total Amount. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Procedure For Awarding This Contract Pursuant To Art. 257 Of The Public Procurement Law. Order Completion Date: 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract (Including Obtaining The Use Permit By The Contractor).
