As Part Of The Project, The Ordering Party Planned To Carry Out Adaptation Works In A Residential Premises Intended For A Training Apartment. As Part Of The Adaptation Works, The Contractor Will Carry Out Work In The Following Rooms: • 2 Living Rooms, • Kitchen With Dining Room, • Bathroom, • Hall. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Requirements Contained In The Order Documents, In Particular In Accordance With The Technical Specification And Bill Of Quantities. The Bill Of Quantities Attached To The Procedure Documentation Constitutes An Auxiliary Element For The Contractor. The Contractor Should Include The Performance Of The Full Scope Of Work, Including Work And Materials That Were Not Included In The Tender Documentation But Are Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Task. This Also Applies To Changes In The Quantity (Length, Width, Pieces, Sets) Of Materials Indicated In The Documentation. A Detailed Description Of The Task Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To This Tor.
