The Area Of The Iwonicz-Zdrój Commune Is 45.5 Km2. 2. The Iwonicz-Zdrój Commune Covers 3 Villages And The Town Of Iwonicz-Zdrój. 3. The Total Number Of Inhabitants Is Approximately 10,389, Of Which 1,508 People Live In Iwonicz-Zdrój And 8,881 In Three Villages: Iwonicz, Lubatowa, Lubatówka. 4. As Of September 30, 2024, 2,606 Households Submitted Declarations Regarding Fees For Municipal Waste Management. 5. The Number Of People Declaring The Collection Of Municipal Waste As Of September 30, 2024 Is 8,196. 6. Single-Family Residential Buildings Predominate In The Commune, And Scattered Buildings In Rural Areas. 7. The Multi-Apartment Development Is Located In An Urban Area With Approximately 18 Buildings, And In The Town Of Iwonicz Approximately 5 Buildings, Giving The Total Number Of Apartments To 296. The Above Figures May Change At The Stage Of Order Execution. 8. The Municipal Waste Collection System Will Cover The Entire Area Of The Commune In Accordance With The Agreed Route Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Collection Of: 1) Mixed Unsegregated Municipal Waste Collected In Bags And Containers With Code 20 03 01 In An Amount Of Approximately 1000 Mg. 2) Segregated Municipal Waste, Collected Selectively In Appropriately Marked Bags Or Containers, Of The Types Of Waste Given Below, In An Amount Of Approximately 490 Mg: A) Plastics, Including Plastic Packaging Waste, B) Paper, Including Cardboard, Packaging Waste From Paper And Cardboard, C) Glass And Glass Packaging, D) Metals, Including Metal Packaging Waste, E) Mixed Packaging Waste, Including Multi-Material Packaging, F) Green And Biodegradable Waste, With Particular Emphasis On Bio-Waste, 3) Other Waste, Including Problematic Ones, In The Amount Of Approx. 247.70 Mg, In Particular: A) Bulky Waste, Including Metals, B) Used Tires, C) Expired Medicines And Chemicals, D) Construction And Demolition Waste, Including Insulating Materials (Including . Styrofoam, Mineral Wool), E) Ash From Household Fireplaces, F) Waste Electrical And Electronic Equipment, G) Waste Batteries And Accumulators, H) Hazardous Waste (Including Paints, Inks, Solvents, Acids, Detergents, Protective Agents Plants, Used Oils (E.G. Engines, Gears), I) Waste That Does Not Qualify As Medical Waste Generated In Households As A Result Of Taking Medicinal Products
