General Requirements For Network Devices And Software. - All Hardware And Software Must Come From The Manufacturers Authorized Sales Channel; - All Equipment Must Be New (Produced No Earlier Than 6 Months Before Delivery), Not Previously Used; 2. General Warranty Requirements. Equipment - Unless The Detailed Requirements Specify Otherwise, The Supplied Equipment Must Be Covered By A Warranty Based On The Manufacturers Warranty; Warranty Service Is To Be Provided At The Place Where The Equipment Is Installed; The Response Time To The Reported Problem (Understood As Taking Diagnostic Actions And Contacting The Reporting Person) Cannot Exceed One Business Day; -The Contractor Is Obliged To Accept Service Requests By Telephone (During The Applicants Working Hours), Fax, E-Mail Or Website (24 Hours A Day); The Contractor Is To Provide A Single Reporting Point For The Solutions Provided. Each Application Must Be Confirmed In Writing Or Electronically In The Form Of An Acknowledgment Of Receipt Of The Application; -Guaranteed Repair Time Cannot Be Longer Than 10 Business Days. In The Case Of Equipment For Which A Longer Time Is Required To Repair The Equipment, The Ordering Party Requires The Provision Of Equipment With No Worse Functional Parameters For The Duration Of The Repair.
