The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Devices And Software: - Backup Server - 1 Pc; - Idf Lan Switch - 8 Pcs.; - Lan Core Network Switch - 2 Pcs; - Cal Licenses - 20 Pcs.; - Edr-Xdr System - 130 Pcs.; - Nac System - 1 Pc; - Access Point - 40 Pcs; - Wi-Fi Network Controller - 1 Pc; - Ups - 1 Pc; - Installation, Configuration, Implementation - 1 Set. 1. General Requirements For Network Devices And Software. - All Hardware And Software Must Come From The Manufacturers Authorized Sales Channel; - All Equipment Must Be New (Produced No Earlier Than 6 Months Before Delivery), Not Previously Used; 2. General Warranty Requirements. Equipment - Unless The Detailed Requirements Specify Otherwise, The Supplied Equipment Must Be Covered By A Warranty Based On The Manufacturers Warranty; Warranty Service Is To Be Provided At The Place Where The Equipment Is Installed; The Response Time To The Reported Problem (Understood As Taking Diagnostic Actions And Contacting The Reporting Person) Cannot Exceed One Business Day; -The Contractor Is Obliged To Accept Service Requests By Telephone (During The Applicants Working Hours), Fax, E-Mail Or Website (24 Hours A Day); The Contractor Is To Provide A Single Reporting Point For The Solutions Provided. Each Application Must Be Confirmed In Writing Or Electronically In The Form Of An Acknowledgment Of Receipt Of The Application; -Guaranteed Repair Time Cannot Be Longer Than 10 Business Days. In The Case Of Equipment For Which A Longer Time Is Required To Repair The Equipment, The Ordering Party Requires The Provision Of Equipment With No Worse Functional Parameters For The Duration Of The Repair. In Such A Case, The Repair Cannot Exceed 31 Business Days From The Date Of Reporting The Fault; -The Ordering Party Will Receive Access To Technical Support (Telephone, E-Mail Or Website) In Solving Problems Related To The Current Operation Of The Provided Solutions During The Applicants Working Hours; -All Delivered Modules Must Come From The Device Manufacturer And Be Covered By Warranty Service Based On The Equipment Manufacturers Services; Software - The Software Should Have A Warranty Covering The Correct Operation Of The Implemented Functionalities As At The Date Of Signing The Relevant Acceptance Protocol (Unless Detailed Provisions Provide Otherwise); Attention. The Above Warranty Provisions Apply In Every Case And Are Subject To Modification By Specific Regulations Contained In The Opz. 3. Place Of Installation Of Hardware And Software/System. -The Supplied Hardware And Software Should Be Mounted, Installed And Configured In Accordance With The Requirements Described In Annex No. 1 To Swz - Opz, In Office Buildings Or Buildings Of Subordinate Units, In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Detailed Scope Of Quality Requirements, Equipment Configuration And Requirements Regarding Installation, Delivery, Etc. Is Included In Annex No. 1 To Swz - Opz (Description Of The Subject Of The Order).
