Air-Rescue Services – Ith System Hessen Procurement Procedure. The Service To Be Awarded Includes • The Provision Of Two Suitable Ith (Main And Replacement Or Booster Machines), Which Are Certified According To Easa-Cs-29 (Certification Specifications For Large Rotorcraft Cs-29) And Meet The Requirements According To Din En 13718-1 And 13718-2 (In The Currently Valid Version) With The Special Features For Hicams And Their Readiness For Use At One Or More Suitable Locations To Be Built By The Applicant At His Own Expense, Which Are Located Within A Radius Of 50 Km From The City Center Of Giessen Must Be Guaranteed 365 Days A Year, Namely: 1. For The Main Machine Around The Clock And 2. For The Replacement And Amplifier Machine From 9:00 A.M. To 9:00 P.M.; • The Provision Of The Helicopter Pilots Necessary And Suitable For The Operation Of The Ith System In Hesse; • The Provision Of Emergency Doctors Necessary And Suitable For The Operation Of The Ith System In Hesse; • The Provision Of The Hems-Tc Necessary And Suitable For The Operation Of The Ith System In Hesse; • The Implementation Of Primary And Secondary Operations In Accordance With The Relevant Legal And Administrative Regulations. Reference Is Made To These Regulations. The Air Rescue Equipment, Including The Necessary Personnel And The Medical-Technical Equipment, Must Be Kept Ready For Use Without Interruption At The Times Shown. The Mission Of The Air Rescue Equipment For Primary Operations And Secondary Operations Is Currently Determined In Accordance With Section 5 Of The Air Rescue Plan Of The State Of Hesse (Appendix 11). The Commission Is For The Period July 1, 2026 To December 31, 2027 (1.5 Years) With A Unilateral Extension Option Of The Hlfgp For A Further Year Until December 31, 2028.
