Based On These Requirements, The Client Must Ensure The Uninterrupted Operation Of Key Systems At The Highest Level Of Reliability And Availability. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Telecommunications Services, I.E. Lease Of Telecommunications Lines (Hereinafter: Tk Lines) And Vcs, Infranet, Voip, Internet And Mobile Network With Communications And Ddos Protection For The Needs Of Operating Systems With The Outside World, I.E. The Exchange Or Transmission Of Data, Communications And The Performance Of Operational, Technical And Other Personnel Tasks For The Needs Of The Clients Basic Activity, Which Is A Contractor Of The Republics Mandatory Commercial Public Service Based On The Act On The Provision Of Air Traffic Navigation Services (Official Gazette Of The Republic Of Slovenia, No. 30/06 - Official Consolidated Text, 109/09, 62/10 – Zlet-C And 18/11 – Zukn-A).
