Jana Pawła Ii In The Scope Of Construction Of Bus Bays At The Height Of Buildings No. 2A And 18F Along With The Necessary Accompanying Infrastructure, Including: - Construction Of Parking Bays For Buses; -Construction Of Hardenings Made Of Concrete Cubes -Construction Of Bus Shelters In The Form Of Green Stops With Elements Of Small Architecture (Shelter With A Lightweight Roof And Mounted Photovoltaic Panels - At Least 1 Pc.); -Reconstruction Of The Sidewalk And Bicycle Route; -Reconstruction Of Existing Energy Networks And Devices Colliding With The Investment. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Development Of Design Documentation In Accordance With The Attached Fup And Applicable Law, B) Obtaining All Necessary Arrangements, Decisions And Opinions And Obtaining A Decision Authorizing The Execution Of Works, C) Development And Approval Of A Permanent Traffic Organization Design, D) Construction Of The Facility In Accordance With The Assumptions, Functional And Utility Program, Developed Design And Decision Authorizing The Execution Of Works, E) Obtaining All Permits, Decisions And Documents Necessary For The Ordering Party To Submit An Application For A Permit To Use The Constructed Facilities, F) Implementation Of The Task In Accordance With The Dnsh Principle Within The Meaning Of Art. 17 Of Regulation (Eu) No 2020/852. Stage I - Development Of Complete Design Documentation Along With All Arrangements And Obtaining Decisions Authorizing The Execution Of Works (In The Case Of Zrid - With Immediate Feasibility) - Provided That The Price For The Implementation Of Stage I (Value Of Design Works) Cannot Be Higher Than Pln 20 % Of The Gross Price For The Execution Of Construction Works Planned As Part Of The Implementation Of Stage Ii. Stage Ii - Execution Of Construction Works And Obtaining The Final Occupancy Permit In Accordance With The Design Approved By The Ordering Party.
