Refuse And Waste Related Services – Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Property Owners From The Municipality Of Rychwał. The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste Indicated In The Order Description From Properties Located In The Rychwał Commune, Where Residents Live, In A Way That Ensures The Achievement Of The Required Level Of Preparation For Reuse And Recycling, The Level Of Storage Of Municipal Waste And Waste From The Processing Of Municipal Waste, Called Hereinafter Referred To As The Landfill Level And The Level Of Limitation Of The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 399). As Amended), The Provisions Of The Provincial Waste Management Plan For The Wielkopolska Voivodeship For 2019-2025 Together With The Investment Plan And Annexes, As Well As The Provisions Of The Regulations On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Rychwał Commune. The Contractor Is Obliged To Transfer Municipal Waste Collected From Residential Properties In Accordance With Art. 9E Section 1 Of The Act On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 399, As Amended). The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Transfer Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste And Biodegradable Waste (Including Green Waste) Collected From Owners Of Residential Properties To The Municipal Waste Processing Installation. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Manage The Remaining Collected Waste In Accordance With The Waste Management Hierarchy, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities And The Waste Act. Devices For Collecting Mixed Municipal Waste For Residential Properties (Containers, Bags) Will Be Provided By The Property Owners. Bags For Selective Waste Collection And Containers For Waste In The Form Of Ash From Home Fireplaces Are Provided By The Contractor, Including Their Cost In The Offer Price. For Interested Owners Of Residential Properties, The Contractor Will Provide Devices For Collecting Mixed Waste For The Duration Of The Contract On The Terms Regulated Between The Contractor And The Owner Of The Property Under A Separate Civil Law Agreement. On Municipal Waste Collection Days, These Devices Will Be Placed At Waste Collection Points Indicated By The Property Owner, Provided That The Container And Bags Must Be Placed At The Property Boundary With A Public Road. In The Case Of Properties Located Near Narrow, Unpaved, Dirt Or Difficult-To-Pass Roads, The Contractor Should Have Various Types Of Vehicles At His Disposal To Ensure Proper Provision Of Services. This Also Applies To New Properties If They Appear During The Execution Of The Order. Containers Can Be Plastic, Metal, New Or Used. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party, By The End Of The Preceding Month For The Following Month, With A Reserve Of Bags For Selective Waste Collection In The Following Quantities: 100 Blue, 150 Yellow, 100
