Mvm Zöld Generáció Zrt., As A Bidder, Intends To Implement A Lithium-Based Chemical Battery Energy Storage (Hereinafter: Bess) With A Power Of At Least 10 Mw And A Capacity Of 20 Mwh In The Area Of Sopronkövesd. The Task Of The Winning Bidder Is The Design, Procurement, Delivery, Installation, Commissioning And Long-Term Maintenance Of The Bess With A Performance Capacity Of At Least 10 Mw And A Storage Capacity Of 20 Mwh. The Bess Is Connected To The Public Network Through The Existing Network Connection Point Of The Wind Farm Owned By The Bidder. In The Area Of The Site To Be Developed, It Becomes Necessary To Establish A New 22 Kv Switching Station, From Which A 22 Kv Ground Cable Will Be Used To Connect To The Free Cell Of The Existing 132/22 Kv Transformer Station Serving The Wind Farm. The Bess Must Be Designed In Such A Way That It Is Able To Participate In The Market Of System-Level Services (Primarily Frr) As A Facility Independent Of The Wind Farm, And It Must Meet The Mavir Accreditation Required For This. You Must Be Able To Demonstrate Compliance With The Prescribed Technical Data At The Installation Site, Under The Prescribed Operating Conditions. The Bess Must Be Able To Perform The Function Of Barren Compensation. It Must Be Able To Supply And Receive Reactive Power Reaching 100% Of Its Rated Power With Zero Effective Power Input (Cos(Fi)=-1, +1). The Expected Depth Of Discharge (Dod) Is At Least 85%, So That It Does Not Reduce The Expected Technical Life. At The End Of The 5Th Year Of Operation, A Minimum Of 80% Soh Is Expected. The Bess Must Comply With All Applicable Iec/Ul Standards Or Their Latest Equivalent.
