The Target Of The Dynamic Procurement System (Dps) Is Information Management And Artificial Intelligence Platforms, Licenses And Expert Services. The Actual Procurements Are Made On The Basis Of Separate Requests For Tenders Through Dpss Internal Tenders, Where The Procurement Unit Specifies And Describes Its Detailed Procurement Needs. The Object Of Acquiring Platforms And Licenses Can Be E.G. A Solution Based On Commercial Off-The-Shelf Software For Managing With Information, The Right To Use The Software, Licenses And/Or A Software Solution Based On Open Source Code. The Destination Can Also Include E.G. Tools Intended For Information Management Management, Data Warehouse Automation, Integration, Analytics And Reporting, As Well As Visualization. The Subject Of Expert Services Can Be Specified E.G. In The Following Areas: • Information Management And Ai Consulting • Planning And Management Of Information Management And Management Projects • Concept, Information And Interface Modeling And Defining Architectures • Development, Testing, Training And Maintenance, Management And Monitoring Of Download Chains (Etl) And Integrations • Planning, Development, Testing, Training And Maintenance, Management And Monitoring Of Data Warehouses, Data Cubes And Data Pools • Planning, Development, Testing, Training And Maintenance, Management And Monitoring Of Visualizations And Reporting • Development Of Analytics, Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning And Robotics • User Interface - And Application Development (Chatbot, Etc.) • Definition And Development Of Cost Accounting • Definition Of Services, Processes And Governance Models • Selection Of Tools Used In Development, Consulting And Training The Procurement Unit Does Not Undertake To Acquire Any Minimum Quantity In Dps. The Procurement Contract Concluded Within Dps Does Not Give The Supplier The Exclusive Right To Provide The Service. In The Internal Tenders Of The Dynamic Procurement System, The Procurement Unit Requests An Assurance From The Bidder That The Bidding Company, Or The Companies Or Persons Owned, Held Or Controlled By The Bidding Company, Or Its Subcontractors Are Not Burdened By Sanctions Imposed By The European Union Or The United Nations (Un) Or Sanctions Imposed By The Finnish Authorities Or A Decision To Freeze Assets . The Procurement Unit Excludes Bidders Who Do Not Meet The Above-Mentioned Requirement From The Procurement Systems Internal Tendering Process. The Procurement Unit Also Has The Right To Terminate The Procurement Contract Immediately If The Supplier Is Burdened By Any Of The Sanctions Mentioned Above Or A Decision To Freeze Funds.
