The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Supply And Installation Of Pv On The Roofs Of Selected Buildings Owned By The Contracting Authority, Related Installation And Construction Work, Up To The Connection Of The Pv To The Contracting Point And The Overall Commissioning Of The Pv, Including The Provision Of Any Administrative Actions Aimed At Processing And Obtaining The Subsidy. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Specifically The Supply And Installation Of: • Pv Plant At Building A – Secondary School Of Crafts Frýdek-Místek – Pv Plant 78.1 Kwp • Pv Plant On The Canteen Building – Secondary School Of Crafts Frýdek-Místek – Pv Plant 124.3 Kwp • Pv Plant At Building C – Secondary School Of Crafts Frýdek-Místek – Pv Plant 82.5 Kwp At The Same Time, The Contracting Authority Requests The Reconstruction Of The Roof And The Replacement Of The Roofing On Building C In Accordance With The Building Permit Issued By The Municipality Of Frýdek-Místek On 24 June 2024 Under No. J. Mmfm 115430/2024. In Detail, The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Described In The Project Documentation, Which Is Attachment No. 6 - 8 Of This Procurement Documentation. The Aim Of The Public Contract Is To Optimally Use The Area Of The Roofs Of The Clients Buildings For The Purpose Of Installing Pv Plants And Ensuring Production In Order To Reduce The Clients Dependence On External Electricity Suppliers. At The Same Time, The Client Does Not Mind If The Installed Capacity Of The Pv Plant Is Higher Than His Needs. However, The Mentioned Parameters Are Evident From The Approved Documentation. The Contracting Authority Will Ensure The Purchase Of Excess Electricity Itself After Putting The Pv Plant Into Permanent Operation. The Contracting Authority Points Out That The Conditions Of The Subsidy Program Res+ No. 1/2024 – Photovoltaic Power Plants Of 10 Kw – 5 Mw With Self-Consumption Are Also Binding For Suppliers. This Requirement Is Taken Into Account In Art. X Draft Contract For The Work (Annex No. 1 Of The Procurement Documentation), According To Which The Contractor Undertakes To Comply With The Conditions Of The Subsidy Program.
