Request for proposals for Consultancy Service to Support the PA Reform Efforts in Local Government Sector: Improving Intergovernmental Relations through Decentralisation and Functions Optimization. In this framework, GIZ-LGRP is willing to support the PA reform efforts in the local government sector through its leading Ministry of Local Government by empowering local government units and enact decentralization and creation of symmetric functions assignment. This shall be achieved by supporting various consultancy assignments.
