Travel Agency, Tour Operator And Tourist Assistance Services - Provision Of Plane Tickets And Medical Insurance For Business Trips Of Persons Involved In The Implementation Of The Human Resources Development Program. The Service Subject To Award Under This Public Procurement Includes The Following Main Activities: - Provision Of Plane Tickets By Type Of Economy Class And Group Of Destinations According To Item I Of The Sample Price Offer Attached To The Participation Documentation (The Specified List Is An Example And Does Not Commit The Contracting Authority To Purchase Of Plane Tickets To The Listed Destinations, Nor Restrict Him To Purchase Tickets Only Within The Listed Destinations, Both Abroad And In Bulgaria); - The Indicative Volume Of The Public Order Is For About 150 Pcs. Plane Tickets Per Year. The Indicated Number Of Plane Tickets Is An Estimate And Is Not Binding On The Contracting Authority. During The Execution Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Order Both More And Less Than The Specified Estimated Quantities (The Indicated Number Of Plane Tickets Is Based On A Previous Contract And Planned Future Trips, And Does Not In Any Way Bind The Contracting Authority In The Execution Of The Contract ); - Provision Of Medical Insurance To Travelers In Accordance With The Insurance Coverage Required For Each Country. The Participant Designated As The Contractor Should Ensure The Acceptance Of Inquiries And Requests At A Time Consistent With The Working Hours Of The Contracting Authority, And In Case Of Extraordinary Circumstances - Also Outside Working Hours, On Weekends And Holidays, 24 Hours A Day, 365 Days A Year . Upon Receipt Of A Request For A Plane Ticket, The Participant Designated As The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Contracting Authority With A Proposal With A Minimum Of 2 (Two) Variants Of Carriers And Routes With A Minimum Number Of Transfers To The Relevant Destination And In Accordance With The Conditions Of Each Request Received From The Contracting Authority (Including Time Range) And/Or Direct Routes. The Contractor Is Obliged To Offer, In Response To Each Specific Request, The Lowest Market Final Prices (Including All Tariffs, Fees And Taxes) Offered By Airlines At The Time Of Submission Of The Response For The Relevant Destination For A Two-Way Flight (Or One-Way If Necessary) . If Required By The Contracting Authority, The Participant Designated As Contractor Will Assist, At No Additional Cost, In Providing Hotel Accommodation, Car Rental And/Or Transfer, At The Lowest Possible Prices And In Accordance With The Limits For Accommodation Money, Defined In The Ordinance On Business Trips And Specializations Abroad And Will Notify The Contracting Authority Of The Conditions For The Performance Of The Services (Price, Conditions For Cancellation, Etc.) Within 1 (One) Working Day. The Contractor Under The Contract Undertakes To Guarantee Complete Confidentiality Of The Trips (Dates, Routes, Carriers). In Case Of Extraordinary Circumstances, The Provisions Of Regulation (Ec) No. 261/2004 Of The Ep And Of The Council Of 11 February 2004 Concerning The Creation Of General Rules For Compensation And Assistance To Passengers In The Event Of Denied Boarding And Cancellation Or Long Delay Of Flights Shall Apply.
