The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works For The Construction Of A Protected Boat Dock, East Of Upi I, Quarter 2B /Pi 07079.662.9616/ According To The Plan Of Pz South-Iztok, Burgas, In The Adjacent Water Area Of Black Sea. A Classic Solution Was Chosen To Create A Water Area Protected From Waves, Currents And Sediments With Two Converging Piers: An L-Shaped Northern Pier And A Southern Pier With An Anti-Diffraction Spur. The L-Shaped Mall Includes A Body With A Nominal Length Of 190 M And A Wing With A Nominal Length Of 244 M. The Southern Walled Mall Is Rectilinear With A Nominal Length Of 185 M. A 65 M Long Anti-Diffraction Spur Is Built On Its Head, Which Creates A Small 70X34.5 M Outpost. The Entrance To The Marina Is 34.5 M Wide. Numerous Filtration Holes Are Provided In The Bodies Of The Fence Malls To Improve Water Exchange In The Protected Water Area. Red And Green Navigation Lights Are Mounted At The Entrance To The Marina. There Are 4 Floating Pontoon Piers (A, B, C And D) With A Length Of 108 M Each For Housing The Boats On The Water. The Floating Pontoons And Their Accompanying Elements Are A Complex Delivery From A Company Chosen By The Contracting Authority. The Subject Of The Present Project Are Only The Dead Anchors For Their Anchoring. The Pontoons Are Installed At A Distance Of ~ 2 M From The Pier. Access To Them Is With Metal Similar (Bridges) Also Ready Delivery. A Rear Area With A Total Area Of About 9.9 Dka Is Planned To Accommodate The Facilities Serving The Port: Administrative Building, Workshop, Fish First Sale Market, Ice Generators, Toilets, Parking For Cars And Wheelers, Dry Dock For Boats , Checkpoint With Its Own Bathroom, Etc. In Accordance With The Regulatory Requirements For The First Sale Of Fish And Fish Products. There Are Also A Ramp (Slip, Heling), A Travel-Lift Socket With A Load Capacity Of Up To 25 T And An L-Shaped Crane With A Load Capacity Of 10 T, Ensuring The Launching Of Vessels, As Well As Their Removal To Land For Storage Or Carrying Out Repair Works.
