Business And Management Consultancy And Related Services – Announcement Of Electronic Tender For Sub-Project 4 Entitled: Implementation Of A Permanent Process Of Incentives And Rewards Of Employees, Through Critical Performance Indicators (Kpis) Of The Project Sub5. Civil Servant Reward System Mis: 5150179. The Project Aims To Implement The Permanent Employee Incentives And Rewards Process, Which Will Be Effective Immediately And Will Be Inextricably Linked To The Definition Of Critical Performance Indicators (Kpis). The Ministry Of The Interior In Collaboration With The Ministry Of Finance Has As Its Main Objective The Development And Implementation Of A New Process, An Incentive-Remuneration System That Will Focus On Rewarding Individual Performance In Relation To Team Performance, In The Context Of Achieving Its Strategic Goals Carrier. The Core Of The New Process Is The Establishment Of The Recommended Ones (Incentives/Incentives) For The Remodeling Of The Work Environment, With The Aim Of Better Serving The Citizen. In This Context, The Implementation Of A Reward System Based On The Achievement Of Specific And Pre-Agreed Goals Is Proposed. This Specific Reward Will Be Provided As A Type Of Bonus That Will Be Distributed By The Management Of Each Agency To Its Employees. The Main Objectives Of The Project Are: • Rewarding The Executives Of Public Bodies In A Fair And Consistent Way In Relation To Their Achievements And Value In The Public Administration System, Either In The Form Of Additional Remuneration, Or As Participation In Training Programs By Bodies Of International Prestige. • The Motivation Of Public Agencies, Administrations And Agency Employees To Improve Their Productivity And Achieve Their Strategic Goals. The Services Provided Are Classified Under The Following Codes Of The Common Public Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv): 79400000-8 - General Business And Management Consulting Services And Supplementary Cpv 72246000-1 - It Systems Consulting Services. This Contract Is Not Subdivided Into Sections, Due To The Relativity, Complementarity And Interdependence Between The Requested Services And Deliverables. Offers Are Submitted For All Requested Services. The Estimated Value Of The Contract Amounts To One Million Five Hundred Sixteen Thousand Nine Hundred And Ninety-Eight Euros And Sixty-Four Cents (€1,516,998.64) Excluding Vat 24% (Estimated Value Including Vat: €1,881,078.32, Vat : €364,079.67). The Duration Of The Contract Is Set At Eleven (11) Months And Not Beyond 31/12/2025 And May Be Extended For An Additional Period Of Six (6) Months, Without An Increase In The Physical And Financial Object, In Case Of Modification Of The Project Inclusion Decision To The Taa As Well As Modification Of The Project Schedule, After A Decision Of The Implementing Body. A Detailed Description Of The Physical And Financial Object Of The Contract Is Given In Appendix I Of This Announcement. The Contract Will Be Awarded On The Basis Of The Most Economically Advantageous Offer, Based On The Best Quality-Price Ratio
