General Definition Of The Subject Of Public Procurement The Public Contract Is Divided Into Sub-Parts According To § 101 Zzvz. 1St Part Of The Public Order: Ensuring Cleaning Works For The City Of Příbor 2Nd Part Of The Public Order: Ensuring Cleaning Works - Příbor City Cultural House 1. Public Procurement Is Awarded Within The Framework Of This Procurement Procedure. The 2Nd Part Of The Public Contract Will Be Awarded Separately, In Accordance With § 18, Paragraph 3 Of The Zzvz. The Following Applies Only To The 1St Part Of The Public Contract. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Order Is The Provision Of Regular Cleaning Services In Designated Areas Of The City Of Příbor, All Using The Necessary (Corresponding) Equipment And Resources Of The Supplier. The Schemes Of The Specified Premises And Their Dimensions Form Annexes No. 1 To 3 Of The Sample Contract For The Work And Are An Integral Part Of The Tender Documentation. Cleaning Services Will Be Performed In Time Slots. The Cleaning Of The Administrative Premises, The Library, The Tourist Information Center, Sigmund Freuds Birthplace, And The Piarist Monastery Will Be Carried Out In The Following Scope: Daily Cleaning: Sweeping And Mopping Floor Surfaces And Staircases Including Handrails, Luxurising Carpeted Areas, Washing Floors, Elevator Handles And Walls, Wiping Dust From Furniture And Windowsills, Taking Out All Trash Cans Including Waste Sorting, Changing Microtene Bags, Wiping Free Parts Of Tables, Washing Worktops And Kitchen Sinks, Complete Cleaning Of Wc Areas – Mopping Floors, Washing Tiles And Tiling, Washing Sinks, Toilets Including Seats, Urinals, Cleaning Faucets And Mirrors, Refilling Paper Towels, Toilet Paper And Liquid Soap (Purchase Is Provided By The Client), Etc. Weekly Cleaning (Performed Once A Week): Wiping Down Doors Including Handles, Windowsills, Radiators, Pc Surfaces, Monitors, Telephones, Dusting Off Switches, Sockets, Moldings, Sweeping Away Cobwebs, Etc. Monthly Cleaning (Performed Once A Month): Complete Cleaning Of Furniture, Including Surfaces Over 1.7 M, Washing Of Doors And Paneled Walls, Polishing Of Upholstered Furniture, Wiping Of Fire Extinguishers, Etc. Annual Cleaning (Performed Twice A Year): Washing Windows And Light Fixtures, Including Removable Covers, Etc. Extraordinary Cleaning Services This Is The Performance Of Extraordinary Cleaning Based On The Clients Request. Extraordinary Cleaning Will Be Carried Out Only On Request, To The Extent Specified By The Client And Will Be Charged Based On The Hourly Rate From The Price Offer Of The Selected Supplier. As Part Of Extraordinary Cleaning, The Client May Request Cleaning Of Premises Beyond The Scope Of Normal Cleaning, E.G. Cleaning After Painting Or Building Modifications, Due To An Accident, Vandalism, Etc. As Part Of The Cleaning Of Residential Buildings, The Following Activities Will Mainly Be Carried Out: Cleaning Corridors, Staircases Including Railings And Handrails, Washing Windows Including Frames, Washing Lighting Fixtures, Washing Entrance Doors Including Frames, Washing Elevators, Mailboxes, Cleaning Basements, Etc.
