Kinga Ora will enter supply agreements with successful Respondents, with each agreement specifying the materials to be supplied for Kinga Oras maintenance and build activities. The purpose of this RFP is for Kinga Ora to invite Respondents to submit a response for the supply of materials to be used not only in the maintenance of Kinga Oras national portfolio of residential properties but also in Kinga Oras annual capital improvement, and new build and development programmes. We are approaching the market with our consolidated volumes across maintenance and new construction for Plumbing Supplies product category. We are looking for a partnership and a collaborative relationship.
