Scope Of Works To Be Performed: 1) Carrying Out Construction And Installation Works In The Construction Of A New Building Of The Organ Diagnostics Center (Hereinafter Referred To As: Odn) - A 3-Story Building, Without A Basement, Connected With A Connector To The Existing Main Building Of Hospital B1, 2) Carrying Out Construction And Installation Works In The Scope Of Construction Of The Connector, 3) Execution Of Construction And Installation Works In The Scope Of Partial Reconstruction Of The Existing Main Building Of The B1 Hospital In The Place Of Connection With The Connector, 4) Execution Of Installation Works In The Field Of External Infrastructure Necessary For The Operation Of The Newly Constructed Odn Building, Including: Such As: A) Modernization Of The Existing Electrical Switchboard In The Main Building Of Hospital B1 Along With Connecting The Primary And Reserve Power Lines To The Odn Building, B) Connecting The Odn Buildings Power Supply To The Existing Power Generator, C) Connecting The Heating Installation To The Odn Building, D) Connecting Optical Fiber (Basic And Reserve) To The Odn Building From The Existing Central Server Room Located In The Existing Main Building Of The B1 Hospital, E) Construction Of Retention Tanks For Rainwater With An Automatic Installation For Irrigation Of Green Areas, Including The Removal Of The Existing Tank, F) Reconstruction Of Elements In The Scope Of Collisions, Including Including: Electrical Installation, Water, Medical Gases, 5) Carrying Out Land Development Works, Including: Such As: A) Construction Of A Fire Separation Wall, B) Above-Ground Parking Lots, C) Entries And Exits From The Odn Building, D) Sidewalks, Squares And Passages, E) Green Areas, F) Dismantling The Foundations Of Oxygen Tanks, G) Moving 2 Tanks From Oxygen 3000 L 18 Bar In A Newly Designed Place, Including Assembly And Installation In Consultation With The Lessee Of The Tanks, I.E.
