Tenders are invited for Supply of Toner, Ribbon, Printing Ink and Other Accessories for Computer Printers, Photocopiers, Roneo Machines Application forms may either be downloaded from the official website of the Horana Pradeshiya Sabha www.horana.ps.gov.lk by scanning the QR Code given at the end of the advertisement or obtained from the Kananwila Sub Office of the Horana Pradeshiya Sabha and should be duly perfected and sent along with the relevant documents to, Secretary, Horana Pradeshiya Sabha, Kananwila, Horana, to be received at or before 10.15 a.m. on 29th November 2024 by registered post or delivered by hand. The cover containing the application should be marked, Registration of Suppliers / Contractors for the Year 2025 at the left-side top corner. Conditions : Separate applications should be submitted for each Supply/Service. Normally, quotations will be called from Registered Suppliers. However, the Sabha retains the right to obtain Goods and Services required from sources outside the registered list on occasions where the registered suppliers fail to Supply Goods / Services / Materials or whenever such need arises. Names of Registered Suppliers who do not act as per the Bid Invitation Conditions will be removed from the registered list without any intimation. Requests submitted by Suppliers who have failed to complete orders placed satisfactorily during the past years and whose names have been removed from the registered list will be rejected. The Sabha also retains the right to impose further conditions on the supply of goods, whenever such action is warranted. Contractors willing to register for works valued above Rs. 500,000/ = should submit the registered number and the Book relevant to the roads and buildings subject of the ICTAD or CIDA Institutions. The Sabha retains the right to obtain the services of Contractors outside the registered list whenever such needs arise. The registration fee, as stated against each Supply or Service can either he paid by Cash, Cheques or Money Orders. (Cheques and Money Orders should be drawn in favour of the Secretary, Horana Pradeshiya Sabha. Paying office of Money Orders should be Kananwila Sub Post Office and Postal Code is 12418). The goods named by the Sabha should either be transported to the office premises or to a place intimated by the Sabha. Payments will only be effected after confirmation of the Goods / Services to be in line with the relevant specifications. Applications received either by registered post or delivered personally after 10.15 a.m. on 29 November 2024 will be rejected without any prior intimation.
