Sewerage Work – Repair Of Sewage And Sanitary Installation Connections Using The Uv-Cured Sleeve Method. 3.3. The Ordering Partys Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order: The Contractor Undertakes To Complete The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Description Contained In The Swz, The Contract And In Accordance With: A) The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Execution Conditions Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz, B) The Conditions Resulting From The Applicable Technical Regulations And The Construction Law; C) Requirements Resulting From Applicable Polish Standards, Technical Conditions For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Related Regulations; D) Principles Of Sound Technical Knowledge And Established Customs. When Implementing The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Purchase All Finishing Materials Necessary To Complete The Task In Question On Its Own Within The Costs Specified In This Contract. The Materials Used By The Contractor Must Be Approved For Use In Construction Within The Meaning Of The Act Of July 7, 1994. On Construction Products (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 213, As Amended) And Accepted By The Ordering Party. 3.4. In Cases Where The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Indicates Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes Specific Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, This Means That The Ordering Party Cannot Describe The Subject Of The Order In A Sufficiently Precise And Understandable Way, However, In Each Such Situation, The Ordering Party Allows A Solution Equivalent To Those Described Above. In Such Situations, Any Indication Of Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes Specific Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Should Be Read Together With The Words Or Equivalent. When Describing The Subject Matter Of The Contract By Reference To The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Pzp, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. In Such Situations, Any Indications Should Be Read Together With The Words Or Equivalent. 3.5. The Ordering Party Requires The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order On The Terms Specified In The Contract.
