The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Comprehensive Multi-Sector Design Documentation And The Construction Of A Complex Of Two Multi-Family Residential Buildings With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure And Land Development In Dąbie (62 - 660), Koło County, Voivodeship. Wielkopolskie, Ul. Ogrodowa 17 And 17A, Plots No. 1114/2 And 1115, District 0001 Dąbie. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Complete Multi-Sector Design Documentation, Including The Development Of A Multi-Sector Technical Design In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of September 11, 2020 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of The Construction Design (Journal Of Laws U.2022.1679),2) Obtaining All Required Opinions, Arrangements And Permits Necessary For The Implementation Of The Construction Project,3) Submitting An Effective Notification Of The Completion Of Construction Works And Obtaining An Occupancy Permit, Including The Performance Of Energy Characteristics Of Individual Residential Premises.4) Construction Of Facilities - Two Multi-Family Residential Buildings, In Accordance With The Approved Design Documentation: A) Characteristic Parameters Of The Planned Facilities Should Be Adopted On The Basis Of The Architectural And Construction Design Of The Complex Of Multi-Family Residential Buildings And The Land Development Design, Constituting An Annex To The Fup; B) Residential Buildings Multi-Family Buildings Were Planned As Four-Story Buildings, Without Basements, With A Flat Roof And A Parapet Wall. Construction Of Buildings Using Modular, Prefabricated, Large-Panel Technology. Each Building Has One Staircase Equipped With A Single Passenger Lift.
