The Existing Wooden Structure On Concrete Pillars And Abutments Is To Be Replaced By A Composite Structure Made Of Steel Beams (He 1000 M) With A Concrete Slab Made Of Precast Concrete Slabs. It Is A 3-Span Bridge With A Permissible Load Capacity Of 30T. The Existing Substructures Will Be Repaired And Will Also Form The Support Points For The Replacement Structure Of The Superstructure. The Chosen Construction Is Intended To Ensure A Short Construction Time On Site Of Around 2.5 Months, As The Demolition Of The Existing Superstructure Will Interrupt The Public Access To A Downstream Stud Farm. The Stud Farm Will Be Accessible Via Emergency Access During On-Site Work. Therefore, After The Material Planning (Finished Parts) Has Been Completed, A Completion Date For The Replacement Structure Will Be Agreed. The Construction Site Can Be Reached Via The L11 Through The Town Of Hürtgenwald-Zerkall. However, Access Through An Upstream Rur Bridge Is Limited To 16T. No Exceptions Are Possible Here, So The Heavy Loads (Such As The Steel Girders, The Prefabricated Concrete Parts Or The Heavy-Duty Crane) Must Be Transported At Night Via The Rurtalbahn Rail That Runs In The Immediate Vicinity. The Heavy-Duty Crane Must Be Moved Onto The Rail Or To The Place Of Use Via Railing Points That Have To Be Established. The Railways Specifications Must Be Observed And Therefore Become The Basis For The Contract. The Construction Site Available On Site Is Cramped, On The One Hand Due To Private Land And On The Other Hand Due To Nature Conservation Requirements. An Ecological Construction Management Team Will Be Employed During The Construction Period. This Must Be Taken Into Account In Construction Logistics.
