Municipal Waste Collection Vehicles Should Meet Permissible Exhaust Emission Standards - At Least The Euro 4 Standard And Must Be Equipped With A Set Of Recording Cameras, Barcode Readers And Gps Enabling Route Reading. The Estimated Volume Of The Subject Of The Order During The Order Implementation Period, I.E. In 2025, Is Approximately 3,180 Mg. The Amount Of Waste Collected From January 2024 To September 2024 Amounted To 2,731.03 Mg, Therefore, The Ordering Party Estimates The Collected Amount Of Waste In 2025 At Approximately 3,180 Mg And This Amount Of Waste Will Be Included In The Offer Calculations. Waste Collection Should Be Planned In Such A Way As To Minimize The Inconvenience Of Access For Residents And Tourists To Properties And Guesthouses. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Amount Of Waste Collected In Relation To The Calculations From Previous Years, Depending On The Actual Needs And Quantities And On Factors Beyond The Ordering Partys Control, Without The Contractors Right To Claim Compensation In This Respect. Renovation, Construction And Demolition Waste As Well As Mixed Waste Resulting From Unforeseen Accidental Events Generated By Residents Living In The Property And From Uninhabited Properties Are Collected And Disposed Of On The Terms Set Out In The Resolution On Additional Services Provided By The Commune In The Field Of Collecting Municipal Waste From Property Owners And On Based On The Regulations On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Poronin Commune.
