The Assignment Concerns: Removal And Disposal Of The Current Parking Meters, Foundation And All Related Matters; Supply, Implementation And Maintenance Of 163 Parking Machines And The Management System; Supply, Implementation And Maintenance Of Software, Consisting Of, Among Other Things, A Management System And Software Locally In The Parking Machine (Gui), All Based On A Saas Solution To Which The Equipment Is Connected. Preference Is Given To A Cloud Solution With One Central Backup Location (Cloud Solution Also Serves As A Robust Backup, Preferably No Local Server); Supply, Implementation And Maintenance Of Various Links With The Management System For The Purpose Of Data Exchange With Systems/External Databases Such As Npr, Rdw, Etc.; Maintaining All Functionalities Associated With The Entire Ict Performance; (Secure) Transfer And/Or Conversion Of Data And Backups From Current Systems; Providing A Helpdesk Function For The Client; Training Employees (Including Technicians, Back Office, Application Managers, Product Owner); Optional (Without Purchase Obligation): Delivery, Implementation And Maintenance Of A Maximum Of 250 New Parking Meters For Any Future Regulated Parking Areas, Including Saas Solution And Various Connections, Helpdesk And Training. Objective The Aim Of This Tender Is To Conclude An Agreement With A Term Of 6 Years. The Client Has The Unilateral Right To Extend This Three Times By Two Years.
