As Part Of The Senckenberg Society For Natural Research, The Senckenberg German Entomological Institute (Sdei) Operates A Globally Active Scientific Institute For Entomology (Insect Science) At Its Müncheberg Location. For Capacity Reasons, It Is Planned To Build A New Expansion Building For The Sdei At The Müncheberg Location. The Planning Site Is Part Of The Property Of The Leibnitz Center For Agricultural Land And Land Use Research (Zalf) At Eberswalder Straße 90 In 15374 Müncheberg (Brandenburg). The Building Will Have Dimensions (Wxlxh) 15.60 M X 30.60 M X 11.20 M As A Three-Storey Solid Wood Construction With The Main Use Being Office And Laboratory Work, Including A Connecting Corridor (5.10 M X 11.10 M X 4.00 M ) To Be Built To Connect To The Existing Building. The Gross Floor Area Is 1,481 M² Gfa. The Measure Is Carried Out During Ongoing Building Operations In The Existing Building, So Special Consideration Must Be Given To The Users Of The Building. The Restrictions On The Use Of The Building Resulting From Construction Work, Noise, Pollution And Supply/Disposal Traffic Must Be Reduced To A Minimum In Order To Ensure Largely Undisturbed Operation. Entering Areas That Have Not Been Approved For Construction Work Is Prohibited. The Exact Sequence Of Measures Can Be Found In The Construction Schedule. The Subject Of This Tender Is The Delivery, Assembly And Ready-To-Use Installation Of A Photovoltaic System With An Electrical Output Of 84 Kw For The Sdeis New Expansion Building. The Service Also Includes The Delivery And Laying Of The Connection Lines Including The Necessary Earthworks And Ancillary Work.
