Construction Work For School Buildings – Global Performance Contract For The Restructuring And Extension Of The Cabucelle Elementary School Into A Primary School. Taking Into Account The Performance Objectives Of The Project Owner For This Operation, Spem Has Opted For The Award Of A Global Performance Contract In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article L2171-3 Of The Ccp. Furthermore, The Project Owner Wishes To Develop Innovations Or Experiments In The Design Of Educational Spaces And A Participatory Approach With Users. This Global Performance Contract Concerns The Restructuring And Extension Of The Cabucelle Elementary School Into A Primary School, Located At 52 Bd Viala - Marseille 15Th, To Create A Primary School. The Latter Will Include 23 Classes (6 Nursery Classes And 17 Elementary Classes). This Project Is Described In The Program Summary Note Attached To The Consultation Regulations. Estimated Amount Of Work, Excluding Temporary Building Work: 8,800,000 Euros Excluding Tax. The Contract Was Awarded After Competitive Dialogue In Application Of Article L2124-4 Of The Public Order Code. The Dialogue Takes Place In At Least 1 Round Before The Final Offer Is Submitted. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Organize, If It Appears Necessary, One Or More Additional Phases Of Dialogue. These Phases Will Be Carried Out Under The Conditions Which Will Be Defined By The Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Possibility During The Competitive Dialogue To Optimize, Specify Or Modify The Description Of Needs. In Accordance With Article R2142-21 Of The Public Order Code, A Candidate Can Present Himself Both As An Individual Candidate And As A Member Of One Or More Groups, Or As A Member Of Several Groups But Within The Following Limits: The General Contractor (Works Skills), The Architect (Project Management/Architecture Skills) And The Maintainer (Operations And Maintenance Skills) Can Only Apply In One Team.
