Military Paraphernalia And The Corresponding Epaulettes, Stripes And Insignia, According To The Assigned Rank - Sergeant Or Officer, According To Art. 51 Of The Civil Code. The Military (Field) Uniforms, Complete With Other Accessories For Specific Positions, Are Required For Wearing The Service (Carrying Out Official, Security And Training Activities) By The Officers And Sergeants In The Composition Of The National Guard Service. The Scope Of Item No. 1 Includes The Production And Delivery Of The Corresponding Number Of Sets Of Military (Field) Uniform, Each Set Consisting Of The Following Items Of Clothing: Winter Half-Coat With Lining; Winter Trousers With Warm Lining; Summer Trousers; Fleece Jacket; Shirt/Jacket; Combat Blouse; Knitted Blouse With Round Neckline; Knitted Blouse With Collar; Fleece Hat; Hat With Peak And Lining. Included In The Scope Of Specific Item No. 2 Is The Supply Of The Corresponding Number Of Pairs Of Whole Special (Field/Terrain) Shoes, Which Are A Necessary Component Of The Daily Military (Field) Uniform, Which Will Be Manufactured And Supplied In Fulfillment Of Specific Item No. 1. The Scope Of Specific Item No. 3 Includes The Delivery Of The Corresponding Number Of Tactical Belts, Which Are A Necessary Component Of The Daily Military (Field) Uniform, Which Will Be Manufactured And Delivered In Fulfillment Of Specific Item No. 1. The Scope Of Specific Item No. 4 Includes The Supply Of The Appropriate Number Or Sets Of Epaulettes, Patches And Insignia, Which Are A Necessary Component Of The Daily Military (Field) Uniform, Which Will Be Manufactured And Supplied In Fulfillment Of Specific Item No. 1. Item No. 3: Supply Of Tactical Belts For The Military (Field) Uniforms Of Officers And Sergeants Of The National Guard And Item No. 4: Supply Of Epaulettes, Patches And Insignia For The Military (Field) Uniforms Of Officers And The Sergeants From The National Security Service Are Assigned According To The Order Valid For The Individual Estimated Value Of Each Of Them, On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop.
