The City Of Vantaa (Later Also The Client) Requests A Bid For The Reception And Final Disposal Of Contaminated Soil And Other Material Mentioned In The Tender In Accordance With Tender Vd/5797/02.08.00.00/2023 And Its Appendices. The Procurement Concerns E.G. Reception And Final Disposal Of The Following Materials: - Reception Of Contaminated Soil Based On Waste Classification - Soil Contaminated With Harmful Substances, Where The Concentrations Of Harmful Substances Exceed The Lower Guideline Values Set In The Government Regulation 214/2007 - Unpolluted Soil Materials Containing Waste Fractions, Whose Concentrations Of Harmful Substances Are Below The Government Regulation Of The Lower Guideline Values Specified In The Decree (214 /2007) - Contaminated Trench Water Containing Harmful Substances - Usable Concrete - Non-Usable Concrete - Brick Waste - Bottom Or Fly Ash (Found During Earth Excavation) - Soil That Includes The Bottom Of Power Plants Or Fly Ash - Construction Waste (Found During Earth Excavation) - Mixed Waste (Found During Earth Excavation) - Mass Batches Formed In The Event Of An Oil Accident The Materials To Be Received Are Defined In More Detail In Appendix 1 Of The Request For Tender. The City Of Vantaas Urban Environment Department Manages Both Public And City-Owned Plots Of Land In The Citys Areas. 150,000 To 300,000 Tons Of Materials From The Construction Sites Of The City Of Vantaa Have Been Delivered To The Reception Sites Every Year. It Is A Framework Arrangement, For Which A Maximum Of Fifteen (15) Framework Contract Suppliers Are Selected Based On Bid Comparison. The Terms Of The Framework Arrangement Are Described In More Detail In The Draft Agreement Attached To The Request For Tenders (Appendix 5). The Contract Is Made For A Fixed Period Of Three Years. The Subscriber Reserves The Right To Extend The Contract With One (1) One (1) Year Option. The Customer Does Not Commit To Specific Procurement Quantities During The Contract Period.
