An Efficient Online Tool Must Be Available: Each Agent Orders Individually And Receives Their Own Identifiable Package With Their Contact Details Included On It (Number, Surname, First Name, Location, Etc.). A Helpdesk Must Be Reachable On Working Days. Number Of Stib Agents Concerned: Around 6,000.
