The Main Objective Of The Project Is To Create A Unified Communications Structure For The Voice Communications Infrastructure In Order To Ensure The Necessary It Services, Namely The Integration Of The Proposed System With The Integrated It System Of Afir. The Objectives Of Updating The Existing Solutions Are Related To: Implementing The Latest Available Software Version Compatible For All Components Of The Voip System. It Is Also Aimed At Improving The Collaboration With External Organizations Through The New Tools Resulting From The Implementation Of The Project. Other Objectives Are Related To The Addition Of A Mail To Sms System And Its Integration Through Services With Afirs Databases. 1. Update To The Latest Available Software Version Compatible For All System Components (Ucce, Ivr, Cucm), Hardware And Software Upgrade Required; 2. Addition Of Mail To Sms System And Its Integration Through Services With Afir Databases; 3. Porting Existing Afir Numbers Within The Current Solution And Using/Migrating Them Within The Updated Solution, Setting And Configuring The Required Sip Trunk; 4. Realization Of A Plan To Change The Necessary Network Configurations; 5. Implementation Of The Customization Plan For The Afir Network Solution To Add Voip Operating Support; 6. Realization Of A Backup Plan For All Components, Including Full Backup For The Virtual Machines Located On The Hosts With The Role Of Hypervisor; 7. Realization Of A Restoration Plan For The Voip System; 8. Maintenance For The Unified Telephone System, Voice Equipment For A Period Of 4 Years; 9. Extraction, Processing And Integration Of Data From The Current System For Processing Requests For Rural Development (Called Spcdr) With An Ivr-Type System; 10. The Delivered Solution Must Have The Capacity To Support At Least 1800 Internal Users; 11. The Solution Must Work With Current Network Hardware; 12. Training Of Beneficiary Staff (General Level And Detailed Level); 13. Contact Center Update; 14. Ivr Update; 15. Asr (Automatic Speech Recognition) And Tts (Text-To-Speech) Licenses; 16. Backup Application For Virtual Servers Located On All Hypervisor Type Machines; 17. Call Recording Storage System For At Least 4 Years. The Purpose Of The Procurement Procedure Is To Provide Equipment And Accessories Necessary For The Implementation Of A Voip Communication System, Which Will Serve All Afir Headquarters And Work Points. The Bidders Will Deliver, In Addition To All The Necessary Equipment And Accessories, All Related Services For The General And Detailed Design, Installation And Configuration Of The Elements In The Final Locations, Definition And Commissioning Of The Services, Testing And Validation Of The Solution, Training And Training For The It Staff Of Afir , Infrastructure Documentation (Including Detailed Work Procedures For Carrying Out Usual Operating Activities).
