The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation And Performance Of Construction Works Based On It, Including The Replacement Of The Flow Meter On The Dn 1600 Mm Transit Pipeline In Bronisławów. According To The Ordering Partys Intention, The Project Will Be Implemented In The Design And Build Formula. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged In Particular To: 2.1. Develop Design Documentation, Obtain Positions, Opinions, Arrangements And Decisions Necessary To Obtain Consent To Carry Out The Works Covered By The Design Documentation; 2.2. Obtain A Permit To Carry Out Construction Works For The Planned Scope In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law; 2.3. Design And Perform Construction Works Described In The Functional And Utility Program; 2.4. Deliver And Install A Stationary Electromagnetic Flange Flowmeter To Measure Water Flow; 2.5. Deliver And Install A New Water Supply Chamber; 2.6. Lay New Power And Signal Cables In The Cable Duct Along The Entire Length From The Chlorination Building To The New Measuring Chamber.
