In Addition, A Gravel Trench System With A Shaft Structure Will Be Built On The Southern Property Boundary, Which Will Absorb The Interim 1 Mensa Roof Water Via Gutters And Trough Gutters. The Tendered Services Include Gardening And Landscaping Work As Well As Civil Engineering Work For The Installation Of The Gravel Trenches, Which Provide Temporary Roof Drainage For The Interim 1 Cafeteria. The Main Component Is The Construction Of The Playground Area Made Of Concrete Paving, Which Is Mainly Limited To Walk-In Use.
