The Gi Missions Are As Follows: - Capex Gi = O Infrastructure Regeneration Work According To Determined Needs; O Station Redevelopment Work According To Determined Needs; O Upgrades/Accessibility. - Opex Gi = O Upkeep And Routine Maintenance Of The Infrastructure And Ancillary Installations; O Capacity Management (Path Allocation & Collection Of Tolls/Fees); O Operational Traffic Management; O Station Management. The Lines Of Lot Gi Are Subject To A Transfer Of Ownership As Part Of The Application Of Decree No. 2020-1820 Of December 29, 2020 Relating To The Transfer Of Management Of Railway Lines Of Local Or Regional Interest With Low Traffic And The Transfer Of Management Missions Of The Infrastructure On Such Lines, And Carrying Various Other Provisions. The Current Perimeter Of The Gi Régional Grand Est Lot Includes 12 Ldfts. These Lines Were The Subject Of The So-Called “Girancourt” Memorandum Of Understanding On The Future Of The Regions Fine Rail Service Lines, Signed On February 20, 2020 Between The State, The Grand Est Region And Sncf Réseau. The Gi Market Also Includes Three Freight Capillary Lines Which Will Be Isolated From The Network Operated By Sncf Réseau Following The Transfer Of The Ldfts. Consideration Is Underway To Extend The Scope Of The Gi Batch To Other Freight Capillaries. This Scope Can Therefore Be Expanded Depending On The Results Of The Analyzes And The Opportunities Identified As Part Of The Progress Of The Project.
