Construction Work For School Buildings – Technical-Economic Documentation Development Services, Pt+Pac+Dde Phase+Technical Assistance From The Designer During The Execution Of The Works +Certificate Of Energy Performance For The Buildings Related To The Investment+Documentation For Obtaining The Fire Safety Authorization +Documentation, Approvals (If Applicable) And Execution Of Project Works Code Smis 313128. The Object Of The Contract Resulting From This Procedure Consists In The Design And Execution Of All The Works Identified In The Feasibility Study And Related Annexes And Includes: I. Development Of Documentation For Obtaining The Necessary Approvals/Agreements For Issuing The Building Permit, The Fire Safety Permit And Other Permits Necessary For The Operation Of The Investment Objective; Ii. Elaboration Of Documentation For Pac, Pad And Poe; Iii. Elaboration Of Technical Execution Project (Pte + De, Cs); Iv. Technical Assistance From The Designer During The Execution Of The Works; V. Verification Of Design Documentation By Certified Project Verifiers; Vi. The Technical Book Of The Construction; Live Energy Performance Certificate For The Related Buildings: Construction Of Body Cl-Workshops And Laboratories, Construction Of Body C2 Dormitory, Construction Of Body C3 Canteen, Construction Of Body C5 Sports Hall, Extension Of Body C4; Viii. The Purchase Of All Necessary Materials And Products, All Machinery, Means And Equipment (Including Any Lifting Or Handling Equipment) Necessary For The Implementation Of The Contract; Ix. Any Activity Or Provisional Work Necessary For The Preparation Of The Construction Site, Or Any Authorization Required By The Contractor From The Competent Authorities For The Execution Of Works And The Realization Of Temporary Activities And Works; X. The Transport To The Construction Site Of Any Materials, Machinery, Components And Work Equipment, Of Any Normal Or Extraordinary Means Necessary For The Execution Of The Works; Xi. Any Testing And Relevant Tests, Such As These Tests And Tests Required By Legislation And Regulations In The Field Of The Construction Quality Assurance System; Xii. Any Consumables Necessary For The Execution Of The Works And The Carrying Out Of The Tests; Xiii. The Preparation Of Any Documentation Necessary For The Contractor For The Execution And Design Of The Works, Documentation That Includes But Is Not Limited To: A. General Graphs For The Realization Of The Public Investment (Physical And Value); B. Quality Plan For Execution; C. The Quality Control Plan; D. Certifications And Material Test Results E. Own Health And Safety Plan Xiv. Documenting The Necessary Information For The Constructions Technical Book, Including The Documentation Of Operating Instructions. The Services And Works That Are The Subject Of The Public Procurement Contract Are Detailed In The Specifications No. 271475/Rev./02.10.2024 And The Technical Documentation Made Available Within The Award Documentation The Estimated Value Of The Contract Does Not Include The Amounts Related To Miscellaneous And Unforeseen Expenses, The Budget Margin And The Implementation Reserve, Provided In The General Budget, These Can Be Accessed, As The Case May Be, Depending On The Needs, Under The Conditions Provided For In Art. 221 Of Law No. 98/2016, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions.
