Maintenance Of Information Technology Software – Provision Of Support Services And Development Of Corporate Integrated Information Systems In The Field Of Geographic And Land Information Systems. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Technical Support Services For The Software Solution For The Modification, Maintenance And Development Of The Information System, With The Purpose Of Ensuring Its Proper Operability And Modifying Functionalities In Such A Way That Continuous Interoperability With All Information Systems With Which The Information System Is Integrated Can Be Ensured. Services Of Maintenance, Service And Technical Support Of Operation Include Maintenance And Development Of The Information System In The Following Scope: • Provision Of Service Hotline Services; • Support In The Implementation Of Operational Interventions (System Operation Support); • Implementation Of Regular Preventive Interventions (Prophylaxis And Monitoring); • Implementation Of Service Interventions (Resolution Of Incidents) In Case Of Non-Functionality Of The Information System Or Its Components; • Implementation Of Service Interventions According To Requirements (Resolving Requests For Configuration Changes); • Maintenance, Which Is Understood As Additional Deliveries, Activities And Work Necessary To Maintain The Functionality And Operability Of The Information System, Which Are Not Expressly Stipulated As An Obligation Of The Customer; • Support In The Implementation Of Development Interventions (Solving Requirements For The Development Of Ux - User Experience And Services), More Detailed Information About The Application Background For The Main Processes Of The Integrated Information System Is Given In Annex No. 6 Of These Tender Documents. According To § 43 Par. 4 Of The Act On Public Procurement, If Access To The Documents Necessary For The Preparation Of The Offer And For Proving The Fulfillment Of The Conditions Of Participation Or To A Part Of Them Cannot Be Provided According To Par. 1 Of The Public Procurement Act Due To The Protection Of Confidential Information According To § 22 Par. 4 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Public Contracting Authority Shall State In The Public Procurement Notice The Measures Required To Protect Confidential Information And Information On How To Obtain Access To The Relevant Document. The Contracting Authority Points Out That Part Of The Documents Necessary For The Preparation Of The Offer And For Proving The Fulfillment Of The Conditions Of Participation Is Published In Accordance With § 43 Par. 1 Of The Act On Public Procurement And Makes Available Part Of The Documents Necessary For The Preparation Of The Offer And For Proving That The Conditions Of Participation Have Been Met According To § 43 Par. 4 Of The Act On Public Procurement. Under The Part Of The Documents Necessary For The Preparation Of The Offer And For Proving The Fulfillment Of The Conditions Of Participation Published According To § 43 Par. 1 Of The Public Procurement Act Means Business Architecture, Application Architecture, Data Layer, Technology Layer, Security Architecture, Required Outputs And Others, Which Are Contained In Chapter B.1 Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Of These Tender Documents.
