The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Bus Depot With Associated Infrastructure And The Construction Of A Hydrogen Refueling Station. The Investment Project Is Carried Out In The Design And Build Formula. 2. As Part Of The Investment Task In Question, The Contractor Will Be Obliged, Among Others, To: For The Design And Construction Of A Comprehensive Bus Depot With Accompanying Infrastructure And Technological Facilities (Including Previous Administrative Decisions), Including: 1) Construction Of A Self-Sufficient Depot Building (Two- Or Three-Story) With An Office Part, Fully Equipped, 2) Development And Hardening The Depot Area, Constructing Sidewalks, Access Roads, Parking Lots For Rolling Stock And Passenger Cars, 3) Installing Lighting, Video Monitoring, Fencing The Area, 4) Installing The Following Installations: Water Supply And Sewage, Electrical, Telecommunications, Ventilation, Rainwater, Area Irrigation And Other Indicated Installations In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu), 5) Construction Of A Hydrogen Production And Refueling Station Along With The Required Equipment And Warehouses, 6) Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation For The Bus Depot, 7) Delivery And Assembly Of Devices, Equipment And Complete Equipment Of The Facility. 3. The Basic Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Presenting And Obtaining Positive Acceptance From The Ordering Party Of The Design Concept And Architectural (Minimum 2 Variants For The Depot Building), Communication, Construction And Technological Solutions For The Investment In Question; 2) Development Of Multi-Discipline Design Documentation Along With Obtaining The Permits, Permits, Arrangements And Decisions Required By Law, As Well As The Final Decision On The Building Permit, With The Related Fees Remaining On The Contractors Side, 3) Performance Of Construction Works Including The Delivery And Installation Of Equipment Covered By Subject Of The Order, Obtaining A Final Decision On The Occupancy Permit, As Well As Obtaining An Integrated Permit For The Investment In Question. 4. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Fup, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 5. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A 60-Month Guarantee And Warranty For Defects, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report Without Any Comments, For Construction Works And: 1) The Ordering Party Requires A Quality Guarantee And Warranty For Defects For Equipment And Devices For A Period Of 36 Months. 2) The Ordering Party Requires A Quality Guarantee And Warranty For Defects For The Hydrogen Installation And The Hydrogen Boiler For A Period Of 5 Years. 3) The Ordering Party Requires A Quality Guarantee And Warranty For Defects On The Construction Of Objects Created As Part Of The Investment For A Period Of 10 Years. 4) The Ordering Party Requires A Quality Guarantee And Warranty For Defects For The Photovoltaic Installation For A Period Of 5 Years. 5) The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Quality Guarantee And Warranty For Defects For The Design Documentation, Which Is The Subject Of The Agreement, For A Period Identical To That Indicated In Point. 5 Above
