Railway Transport Services – Public Service Contract Relating To The Operation Of Regional Rail Transport And The Mobility Of Travelers In The Auvergne Lot. The Concessionaire Will Mainly Be Entrusted With The Following Services: 1. The Operation Of Regional Passenger Rail Transport Services And The Operation Of Replacement And Complementary Road Traffic On The Following Lines: Clermontferrand Thiers, Clermontferrand Moulins, Clermontferrand Volvic, Brioude Clermontferrand, , Clermontferrand Montluçon , Commentry Montluçon Bourges, Clermontferrand Le Puy En Velay, Montluçon Vierzon, Aurillac Brivelagaillarde, Clermontaurillac, Aurillacfigeaccapdenac, Clermontferrand Nîmes. 2. The Realization Of The Transport Offer And The Service Offer Defined By The Region On The Geographical Perimeter Of The Auvergne Lot, In Particular: Passenger Information (Nominal And In Disrupted Situations) And The Distribution Of Transport Tickets At The Station, As Well As Possibly The Distribution On Other Channels, On A Transitional Basis Pending The Planned Deployment Of An Integrated Regional System; Possibly Security And Anti-Fraud Missions On Board And In Stations According To A Perimeter Indicated In The Dce, It Being Specified That The Security Missions Are Ensured By Suge As Part Of Services Ordered By The Region; Station Services Falling Under The Responsibility Of The Railway Company Under The Conditions Specified In The Dce. 3. The Care, Upkeep And Maintenance Of The Property Made Available To It. The Region Will Make Available To The Concessionaire (I) The Rolling Stock, Directly Or Indirectly Through A Future Spl, And (Ii) The Service Installations Assigned To The Scope Of The Contract, Including In Particular: The Workshops Of Clermont Gare, Aurillac And Clermont Le Brezet (Under Transformation); As An Indication, The Rolling Stock Assigned To The Auvergne Lot Corresponding To 10 B 84,500 Trains, 75 . 4. The Dealer Will Be Responsible, From The Entry Into Force Of The Contract, Of Carrying Out All The Missions Necessary To Take Over The Operation (Transfer Of Personnel, Delivery Of Goods And Inventories, Organization Of Tools, Data And Services). The Full Range Of Services Expected From The Future Dealer Will Be Specified In The Company Consultation File Which Will Be Sent Only To Candidates Admitted To Continue The Procedure. 5. Where Applicable, The Concessionaire May Benefit From An Investment Subsidy Paid By The Region To Cover All Or Part Of The Investments Entrusted To The Concessionaire, Under The Conditions Determined By The Contract. The Duration Of The Contract Is Fifteen (15) Years. This Duration Includes A So-Called Pre-Operation Phase Of An Expected Duration Of Two (2) Years In Order To Allow The Transfer Of Personnel To The Concessionaire And The Preparation Of The Industrial Operation Of The Service, In Particular For Rolling Stock And Maintenance Installations.
