"Registration of Suppliers for the year 2025" should be mentioned at the top left-hand corner of the envelope containing the application. Applications received after the closing date will be rejected. General Conditions 1. Every supplier/contractor should attach a copy of the business registration certificate and a copy of the VAT registration certificate. 2. Payments can be made at the Galgamuwa Pradeshiya Sabha office. If applying by post, it should be paid only by a cheque addressed to the "Secretary, Galgamuwa Pradeshiya Sabha". Postal orders will not be accepted. 3. Credit facilities should be provided to the Council for a period of 30 days for all supplies.
