Engineering Works And Construction Works – New Construction Of The Thiene Waterworks, Trade 1: Construction Technology. The Construction Technology Lot Includes All Services For The Construction Of The Three Structures: Waterworks, Tailings Plant And Energy Center (For Accommodating Medium-Voltage Systems). The New Waterworks As The Main Building Is Planned To Have Four Floors (Basement, Ground Floor, 1St Floor And 2Nd Floor). The Structure Houses, Among Other Things: - Treatment Plant Including Eight Filters Made Of Reinforced Concrete - Two Pure Water Chambers - E/Msr Technical Rooms - Silo And Chlorine Room - Workshop Or Storage - And Social Rooms The Waterworks Has A Rectangular Floor Plan, With A Floor Area Of Approx . 1,400 M² And Has Two Different Building Heights. Above The Social Rooms There Is A Flat Roof (Solar Green Roof) And Above The Filter Hall There Is An Off-Center Gable Roof (Steel Structure), Also Equipped With Pv Modules. The Facade Cladding Consists Of Ventilated Sheet Steel Profiles. The Structure Is Founded On An Underwater Concrete Base With A Gravel Base Layer On Top (Shallow Foundation). The Uwb Sole, Anchored By Micropiles, Forms The Load-Bearing Interface Between The Structure And The Ground. The Base Plate And The External Walls In Contact With The Ground Are Therefore Designed As A White Tub Made Of Waterproof Reinforced Concrete. The Construction Of The Waterworks Is Planned As A Technical Building Primarily Made Of Solid Reinforced Concrete. This Applies To The Sole, Essential Supporting Structures As Well As All Walls And Floor Ceilings. The Exception Is The Interior Walls Of The Social And Sanitary Area On The Upper Floor Of The Building, Which Are Partly Constructed Using Dry Construction As Structurally Irrelevant Components. All Water-Wetted Components Of The Treatment Plant (Filters, Pure Water Chambers) Are Also Planned As A Reinforced Concrete Structure Made Of Water-Impermeable Concrete. The Following Applies To Them, Among Other Things: The Requirements For The Concrete According To Dvgw Worksheet Series W 300. Furthermore, Various Steel Platforms (Grating Levels) For Access To The Levels Within The Building And The Earthing And Lightning Protection System Must Also Be Created. In Addition To The Waterworks Building, The Sludge Treatment Plants (Settling Plant) And An Energy Center Are Planned. The Settling Plant Consists Of Three Underground Settling Chambers And An Operating Room With Attached Drive Rooms And Entrance Area. The Floor Area Is Around 690 M² And Is Similar To The Waterworks In Terms Of Its Reinforced Concrete Solid Construction And A Solar Green Roof. Since The Clear Water From The Settling Chambers Is To Be Fed Back Into The Water Treatment, The Requirements Of Dvgw W 300 Must Also Be Met Here. The Energy Center Is Designed As A Single-Story Building That Does Not Have A Basement (Slab Foundation) And Only Has A Raised Floor. Walls Made Of Reinforced Concrete And A Purlin Roof With An Intermediate Ceiling Made Of Reinforced Concrete In Accordance With Eltbauvo Are Planned. The Construction Technology Lot Also Includes The Technical Building Equipment
