Addressing Specification Requirements Detailed By Qimr Through Additional Testing) Or Whether The Offer Will Allow For Qimr Berghofer To Undertake Its Own Specific Acceptance Testing Activity To Confirm Conformance To The Specification. The Qimr Testing Would Be Designed To Address Offeror Claims Associated With Higher Or Unique Function And Performance Detailed Under Both Mandatory And Desirable Requirements Of The Specification. 16.Failure Of A Manufacturer’S Commissioning (Iq/Oq/Pq), Third Party Or Approved Qimr Berghofer Acceptance Test Will Result In Non-Acceptance Of The Confocal Microscope And Peripherals. All Costs Associated With The Test, Rectification, Removal, Replacement Or Repair Of The Fluorescence Slide Scanner And Peripherals Are The Responsibility Of The Supplier.17.Alternate Offer 18.Alternate Offers Will Be Considered If The Proposed Instrument/Equipment/Product Meets The Mandatory Elements Of This Specification In Full.Please Provide Any Options For Extended Warranty And Service / Maintenance Agreements.
