The Appointment Is Being Made By A Process Of Competitive Tender Using The Open Procedure. Suitably Qualified Tenderers Are Hereby Invited To Submit A Tender. The Contract Period Will Be For 3 Years Extendable By 2 Further Years On An Annual Basis, Subject To Budget And Annual Performance Review, And Other Factors.
