Air Transport Services – Services Consisting In The Reservation, Sale And Delivery Of Airline Tickets For Domestic And International Connections And Insurance Policies For The University Of Gdańsk.. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Consisting In The Reservation, Sale And Delivery Of Airline Tickets On Domestic And International Connections And Insurance Policies For The University Of Gdańsk, Hereinafter Referred To As The Service. 2. Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv) Classification Code: 60400000-2 (Air Transport Services), 63512000-1 (Travel Ticket And Tour Package Sales Services), 66512000-2 (Accident Insurance And Health Insurance Services). 3. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Reservation, Sale And Delivery Of Airline Tickets In Domestic And International Connections, 2) Reservation, Sale And Delivery Of Insurance Policies. 4. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented Successively. Each Delivery Of Airline Tickets And/Or Insurance Policies Will Be Based On Partial Orders Placed By The Ordering Party, Resulting From Its Current Needs. 5. A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 6. The Contract With The Selected Contractor Will Be Concluded For The Gross Value That The Ordering Party Intends To Allocate For The Execution Of The Order. The Ordering Party Will Provide This Value On The Website Of The Conducted Procedure. 7. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Exhaust The Entire Gross Value Of The Contract Corresponding To A Maximum Of 20% Of The Value Of The Contractors Gross Remuneration Specified In § 3 Section 2 Of Annex No. 5 To The Swz - The Draft Contract, And Thus Not Exhausting The Entire Gross Value Of The Contract. In This Case, The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim Against The Ordering Party, Including A Demand For Performance Of The Contract Up To The Amount Specified In § 3 Section 2 Of Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Draft Contract. The Envisaged Resignation Will Result In A Corresponding Change In The Final Maximum Value Of Remuneration Due To The Contractor And Does Not Constitute An Amendment To The Contract Requiring The Conclusion Of An Annex. 8. Requirements Regarding The Employment Of Persons By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Within The Meaning Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 17, As Amended), Included Are In § 6 Of Annex 5 To The Swz – Draft Contract. 9. The Ordering Party Informs That During The Implementation Of The Contract There May Be Orders That Will Be Paid For From Eu, Foreign And Domestic Projects Listed In Annex No. 7 To The Swz - List Of Projects. 10. In The Case Of Orders Paid For From Eu And Foreign Projects As Well As Domestic Or Other Projects Obtained By The Ordering Party After The Date Of Signing This Agreement, The Requirement Of Promotional Obligations Rests With The Organizational Unit Of The University Of Gdańsk Placing The Order.
