Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Procurement Of The Design Of Espoolainestalo And Other Block Area, Electrical And Information Technology Systems. The City Of Espoo Tilapalvelut-Liikelaitos (Later The Client) Is Requesting Bids For The Design Of Electrical And Information Technology Systems For Espoolainestalo And The Rest Of The Block Area. After Completion, The Building Will Serve As The New Espoo Citizens House, Which Will House The City Of Espoos Decision-Making, Key Administrative Areas And Spaces Intended For Public Use. The Surrounding Blocks Will Include Residential Construction, An Office Building, Commercial Premises And A Parking Facility, Which Will Be Designed To The Level Described In The Attachments. The Design Task Is Aimed At The Following Target And Task Entities, Each Of Which Is Ordered With Separate Orders In The Customers Electronic System After The Contract Is Signed. The Customer Does Not Undertake To Order All The Tasks Described Here And In The Contract. 1.) Espoolainestalo (1 Order) Approx. 19,100 Brm2 And The Bridge Approx. 1,010 Brm2 1.1 General And Implementation Planning, Including Building Permit Tasks And Warranty Period Tasks 2) Other Block Area (2 Orders) Or So-Called Environment Parts Of The Block Area: - Maintenance Yard Under Pikannen Approx. 760 Brm2 And Business Premises Approx. 1,835 Brm2 2.1 General Design Including Building Permit Tasks 2.2 Implementation Planning Including Warranty Period Tasks Procurement And Related Requirements As Well As Design Tasks Are Described In More Detail In The Appendices Of The Request For Tender. The Design Task Is Described In Detail In The Task Description Appendix. Implementation Form: - The Offer Must Provide For The Project Management Contract For All Sub-Tasks. The Form Of The Contract Will Be Specified During Planning. Target Schedule: - The Planning And Implementation Of The Whole Will Proceed In Stages According To The Following Principle: The Proposal Planning Of The Whole Has Started In Terms Of Architectural Planning And Zoning In September 2023. The Espoolaistentalos Completion Target Is In Spring 2029. The Target For The Start Of The Planning For This Acquisition Is January 2025 - The Rest Of The Block Area Will Be Planned According To A Schedule To Be Specified Later. The Rest Of The Block Area Is Tentatively Being Planned At About The Same Time As Espoolainstentalo, At Least In Terms Of General Planning. The Customer Will Choose One Supplier Based On The Competition.
