The Main Repair Of A 3Tb Power Transformer Must Include At Least The Following Activities: 1. When The Transformer Is Working - Oil Sampling For Research And Analysis; 2. With The Transformer Turned Off And Before Proceeding With Disassembly - Electrical Measurements; 3. Fusion Of Oil; 4. Treatment Of The Oil Until Reaching Parameters Within The Permissible Limits For The Reuse Of The Oil; 5. Stripping The Transformer; 6. Dismantling Of 220 Kv And 6 Kv Terminals; 7. Dismantling Of The Ect, Engine-Fans, Gas Relays, Piping, Shut-Off Valve, Oil Expansion Tank And Oil Cooling Radiators; 8. Dismantling Of The Bell Of The Transformer And The Establishment And On Previously Made Paws; 9. Defect And Repair Of The Active Part, Step Regulator And Dismantled Components; Upon Detection Of Defects Established At This Stage, The Contractor, After Notifying The Employer, Proceeds With Their Removal. 10. Installation Of The Bell Of The Transformer; 11. Installation Of 220 Kv And 6 Kv Terminals; 12. Installation Of Newly Delivered Motor-Fan, Gas Relays, Etc.; 13. Installation Of Dismantled Ects After Metrological Inspection; 14. Installation Of Piping, Shut-Off Valve, Oil Expansion Vessel, Etc.; 15. Vacuuming, Filling With Oil, Drying, Topping Up, If Necessary; 16. Oil Analysis Before Putting The Transformer Under Voltage; 17. Electrical Measurements Before Energizing The Transformer; 18. Busing Of The Transformer; 19. Painting Of The Transformer, Of Busbars; 20. Pnr Of Primary And Secondary Commutation; 21. Placing The Transformer Under Voltage And Load, 72H Samples. The Activities Described Above Do Not Exhaust All Types Of Work Necessary For The Quality Performance Of The Service, But Indicate Only The Main Steps Necessary For The Performance Of The Service. All Types Of Activities Are Carried Out In Volume According To Appendix No. 1 Of Technical Assignment No. 24.Bps.Tz.73. The Repair Will Be Carried Out On Site, On The Territory Of The Bps Workshop In The 110/220 Kv Oru. The Contractor Undertakes, At His Own Expense, To Supply, Install And Dismantle A Protective Device, The Purpose Of Which Is To Protect The Active Part And The Dismantled Elements Of The Power Transformer From The Influence Of Atmospheric Conditions During The Entire Period Of The Repair. The Protective Device Should Be Strengthened In A Way That Does Not Allow Its Complete Movement Or Its Elements In The Event Of Wind, Since The Repair Work Will Be Carried Out In The Vicinity Of Exposed Live Parts Under Voltage.
