Works Are Procured For The Needs Of The Complete Reconstruction Of The Main Hospital Building From The Earthquake (Dvorac Drašković Building), As Follows: Construction Crafts - Preparatory And Final Works, Demolition And Dismantling, Earthworks, Exterior Decoration, Concrete And Ab Works, Masonry Works, Insulating Works, Locksmith Works, Sub-Laying Works, Carpentry, Sheet Metal Works, Plasterboard Works, Self-Painting Works, Ceramic Works, Other Works, Facade + Restoration, Carpentry And Roofing Works And Structural Rehabilitation, Then Electrical Installations, Mechanical Installations - Heating/Cooling - Equipment, Heating/Cooling - Installation, Hot Water And Steam Boiler Room, Common Items, Gas Installations - Gas Installations And Common Items, Hydro Installations - Water Supply And Drainage And Common Items, Elevators And Light-Duty Platforms, Central Monitoring System - Automatic Regulation And Common Items, And The Construction Of An Integrated Solar Power Plants, Including All The Necessary Material And Equipment, Except For The Part Of The Material Which, For The Purpose Of The Constructive Renovation Of The Drašković Castle Building, Was Procured And Stored At The Location Of The Clients Temporary Warehouse Up To 10 Km Away, And Which The Selected Bidder/Contractor Undertakes During The Execution Of The Works Successively And According To If Necessary, Deliver To The Construction Site And Install The Same In The Manner Prescribed By The Cost Sheet With The Technical Specifications Of The Procurement Item (Hereinafter: Cost Sheet), As Prescribed By Annex 3 Of The Procurement Documentation.
